Splendid Edge Technologies ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Castify software and its associated website. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

Special Note on Castify's Core Functionality (WebRTC)

Castify's core functionality involves streaming live video and audio from mobile devices to your PC via WLAN using WebRTC. It is crucial to understand that **Castify does NOT record, store, or transmit your video/audio streams to our servers.** All live media transmission happens locally within your WLAN network, directly between your connected devices and your PC running the Castify application. We do not have access to your live stream content.

Payment Information

When you purchase a Castify license, payment transactions are processed securely by a third-party payment gateway. **Splendid Edge Technologies does not directly collect, store, or process your credit card or sensitive financial information.** This information is handled directly by our PCI-compliant payment processor, whose privacy policy will apply to your payment information.

2. How We Use Your Information

Splendid Edge Technologies uses the collected data for various purposes:

  • To provide and maintain the Service (e.g., to activate your trial, manage your license)
  • To notify you about changes to our Service
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so
  • To provide customer support
  • To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service
